The heart of the celebration is the St. Patrick’s Day Festival at La Villita Historic Arts Village, running both days from 1:00 – 6:00 PM. This is the 78th year that Shamrock has gone all out for St. Patrick's Day. There's a lot of history to the celebration, and it has even earned the distinction of being the official St. Patrick's Day celebration for the state of Texas.
